Sawdust and offcuts are a constant by-product of joinery, kitchen and furniture making and a standing disposal cost, bagged for the skip or burned for low-grade heat.
Ábhar collects that material, including the small chipboard and MDF offcuts that are hardest to put to use, and turns it into new bio-based panels. Those panels go back out to be built with, so the fibre stays in use rather than burned or buried. Nothing changes on the workshop floor; the material that used to leave as waste simply comes back as a new panel.

A linear workshop runs on a straight line: buy board, cut and build, pay to remove what's left.
Ábhar closes that line into a loop: instead of leaving as waste, offcuts and sawdust come back as the feedstock for new panels. It's a practical shift, not a leap, no redesigned products, no retrained team, no new kit. The change happens at the end of the line, in what becomes of the material once the work is done.
It also answers a question that comes up more and more — where material comes from and where it goes. Being part of a working loop is a straightforward answer for the architects, specifiers and clients who ask.
