Every facility we collect from receives durable storage containers — one for waste wood, one for sawdust — sized for your volumes. They keep your offcuts and dust organised at source, separate from your general waste stream, and ready to load on the day of collection.
No wheeling skips around the yard the morning before pickup, and no contamination from mixed waste reaching our processing line. The containers stay with you for the length of your arrangement and are swapped or resized free of charge as your volumes change.

Schedule the pickup
Set collection dates from your dashboard to suit your production schedule. If a job overruns, move the date — there's no phone queue and no rebooking fee.

We collect on schedule
Our team arrives on the agreed date and takes the wood waste away — sawdust, offcuts and the chipboard and MDF dust that's hardest to place. The waste-transfer documentation is completed and filed against your account at every collection.
Step 04
Your waste becomes new panels
The offcuts, trim and sawdust we collect become feedstock for bio-based composite panels produced at our facility in Kildare. The waste from your floor is the raw input for the next material — a real loop, not an offset.
Step 05
You get a quarterly report
Every quarter we send a short report: volume collected from your site and the panels it helped make. Keep it for your records, your compliance file, or your own sustainability reporting.
