Products & Services

A solid bio-based panel, and the services that bring your facility into the loop.

The sawdust and offcuts we collect become circular, bio-based solid panels — produced at our facility in Kildare. Alongside the panels, we help wood manufacturing facilities make the broader shift from linear to circular operation.

Helping wood manufacturing facilities transition to the circular economy

Panels are one half of the loop. The other half is the operational shift — feedstock collected, products taken back, paperwork in order, and a clear picture of where the business sits on the journey. These are the seven services we offer alongside the panels.

Service 01

Waste wood collection

Scheduled pickups of sawdust and offcuts straight from your workshop — including the chipboard and MDF dust that's hardest to place. Fortnightly, monthly, or to suit your throughput. We handle the transfer documentation that comes with moving wood waste off site, so what used to leave as a disposal cost becomes the feedstock for new panels.

Service 02

Business model transition

A practical hand from us as your commercial model evolves toward circularity. We look at how you sell, what you take back, and where revenue and disposal cost meet — and help you put a model in place that keeps material in use rather than ending it at the door. Nothing wholesale or theoretical; just the next moves your business can actually take.

Service 03

Circularity assessment

A structured assessment of where your business currently stands on the path from linear to circular. We work through your material flows, your end-of-life routes, and your reporting against the rules coming down the line, and give you a clear starting point — measurable, comparable, and useful for the conversations clients and auditors are already starting to have.

Service 04

Reverse logistics

Taking your products back at end of life and routing the material back into the loop. We set up the return pathway — for fit-out at refurbishment, for furniture at decommissioning — and handle the collection and processing, so what you made once doesn't have to become waste the second time around.

Service 05

DPP module

An easy-to-use Digital Product Passport module inside the Ábhar app. The EU's Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation is introducing digital product passports — a record of what a product is made of and where its materials came from. Build the passport straight from the recovered-content panels you build with, rather than assembling it under pressure when the requirement reaches your products.

Service 06

Knowledge base

A comprehensive resource to accelerate your facility's circularity journey. Practical guides, regulatory updates, worked examples and templates — written for the people running the floor, not for a policy team. The aim is simple: cut the time you spend working out what's required, so you can spend it doing the work.

Service 07

Consulting

We come on board to highlight the key areas the business needs to address to improve its circularity. A working review of how your material flows, your product lines and your reporting stack up, and a clear set of priorities for what to fix first — grounded in the rules coming in and in what's practical for your floor.

From your waste to these panels.

Every panel we make starts as sawdust and offcuts collected from workshops like yours. Set up collection, or get in touch about the services.
